Mettler Toledo TGA - Status: No Longer Available

The Mettler-Toledo TGA is a high resolution thermogravimetric analyzer capable of analyzing samples from ambient to 1600C. The instrument's microbalance allows for ultra-microgram resolution over the entire temperature range with miligram size samples. Two gas sources and a sealed furnace allow for careful control of the sample environment. Air (reactive) and Nitrogen (inert) are provided for routine analysis. This instrument is equipped with a 34 position autosampler for high throughput.

I restarted PC and instrument, and the problem is still showing up. The error seems to be related to database management. I have contacted Mettler Toledo service engineer team, and they suggested to change the PC for a newer version and reinstall the software. If the problem persist, we may need to update the software to the STARe 16.0 version. |
