Latest Status Log EntryJun 7, 2023 - Resource Status Up - IGP1 and 2 were off this morning. Called TF and spoke with Matt. Restarted microscope server several times and kept trying to turn on IGP1 and 2 in manual mode. The readouts would say "Enabling", so the IGPs would not turn back on. Looked at 1 and 2 power supply in cabinet- lights were not on for HV1 and HV2. Power supply for IGP3 was fine. Unplugged power cord to IGP1 and 2 power supply, waited 10 s, and then plugged back in. Restarted microscope server. Turned IGP2 back on, but IGP1 still wouldn't come up. Opened BPV to let chamber rough pump column. After 30 minutes, turned on IGP1, it stayed on, and pressure kept dropping. Closed BPV and waited for column pressure to reach appropriate level. Turned FEG back on. Got e and i-beam images.
